Kellen Moore expected to be Saints coach [Feb 10 — Fletcher Mackel: mostly done deal; intro press conference to be later this week]

All coaches are somewhat dependent on talent. But they also make talent better than they are. Hurts had what is probably his best year with Moore. And while he's a great all around QB, he's not a great passes and as ELIAS pointed out seldom throws to the middle of the field. Plus, the game plan and play calling has been impeccable regardless of the talent executing it.

We also shouldn't forget that the Philly offense fell apart in the second half of last year despite all that talent (minus Saquon) and Moore came in, fixed it, and took it to a much higher level.

Beyond that, he did a great job in Dallas which likely had less talent.

Yeah i'm not disagreeing with anything you said. Moore is a fun option for the next HC and im definitely excited.

It's just worth noting that this Eagles offense is stacked on levels we haven't often seen in the history of the NFL and that makes it a little difficult to judge.
