I remember the board being split on Hendrickson. The 90% claim is hindsight responses since then. We were all wondering if it was a fluke season or if he’s the real deal. TRex with his short arms that many called a draft reach or wasted pick. He got a big contract that we were not willing to gamble on. Turned out he was the real deal.

We also let Rankins walk and he’s been meh. We didn’t take the chance and it was a wrong decision regarding Hendrickson.

Anzalone has been about the same as he was with us, just less injured.

The Baun and even Elliss blunders are on us. Just like Hendrickson they finally used them more, but in the last year of their contract. Huge oversights by DA.
