There is a persistent rumor that a new stadium for the Pells may be part of the new river front development that said I doubt I ever see anything but that old decaying power plant in my lifetime. That getting built would help us greatly in getting the draft here one day, but again I am not holding my breath.
The superbowl will likely be a decade wait because of the competition out there. Nissan Stadium going up in Nashville is going to be a major game changer. It once upon a time used to be just New Orleans and Miami as the core where the NFL has the best experience. Las Vegas entered that realm in its first year and I fully expect Nashville to enter the group as well. I know Indy is a cold weather city but they have an amazing set up as well. The competition out there is fierce. Will get super bowls for sure but the wait is just longer.
