An interesting what if about the Nussmeiers

Somebody is going to point out Nussmeier’s NFL career stats (56% completions, 1 TD / 4 INT, passer rating below throwing the ball directly into the ground every play) and I’m going to remind that person in advance that the best players rarely make the best coaches.

I don’t think it’s a lock for success, but I wouldn’t be opposed to it. I also wouldn’t be upset if it didn’t happen because Nuss The Elder got a promotion or any other reason. That wouldn’t mean that nobody wants to coach here, as people love to say.
