Kellen Moore is a QB whisperer

A good coach can disguise a players weaknesses and highlight their strengths. If he can do that, we're likely to get the most out of whatever QB we end up starting. That's the thing I like the most about Moore and why I have some hope he can get the offense going fairly quickly. Maybe not the first year, but by the second year.

I also like what he has done with guys that are not great pure passing QBs and how he maximized their strengths while hiding their weaknesses. Unless we get incredibly lucky and uncover a gem future HoF QB, he's likely going to have to work with mid-level QBs and get the most out of them. The fact that he has done that in the past bodes well for his future here IMO. Not sure if that's going to be Rattler, Carr, or someone in the draft, but I really like that none of his success came with a top 5 elite level QB.
