i mean dont get me wrong, if this team goes 1-16 or god forbid 0-17, yeah...even after 1 year we are all gonna start debating if he was the right man for the job, but given the current roster (w/ or w/o Carr is an entirely different subject) if this team wins like 4 games next year, that may not be progress, but nothing to be up in arms about...and for me its not gonna be just about wins the first 2 years. Lets say he only wins like 10 or so games after 2 seasons, but at least half of the loses are by 1 score games, then we should all be optimistic about year 3 and forward, however...if in year 2 this team is getting beaten by 14+ or more points on almost a weekly basis...then yeah, he wont see a year 3 more than likely.
