I don't think you can just cut a guy if he has injury guarantees. He was hurt last year but won't pass a physical for a while.

Hill doesn’t have any injury guarantees. The Titans released Lewan a few years ago while he was recovering from an ACL surgery.

He is one of many players that costs cap space to release. Better to redo his deal.
