Carr is better than at least 3 of those. Maybe Darnold if they are thinking a longer term and a legit franchise Qb. But if they are thinking on a short term Carr would be the best, talent-wise. He's a good QB when he's playing. Sure he chokes against the top notch teams, but that why the offense is run heavy.
