The problem with Carr is his seemingly longer than most ramp up time. He broke out in 2016 and then broke his leg. Down year, they get Gruden and it took about 2 years to settle in Gruden's system and then Gruden did what he did and then he got McDaniels. My view on Carr was he was not a problem but he wasn't an answer, because our issues ran deeper than QB (we all see that now). I'm not saying that he doesn't have his flaws but my stance is scheming and coaching creates success. Kellen Moore is a lot closer to Sean Payton in his approach..
