not a movie but there is a type of TV series that fits here
there are some that are very impactful, but i'm not compelled to go back to rewatch but I would love to see again for first time

Watchmen, Chernobyl, Shogun, Dark, The English, Maniac
If we go with TV Series, there are several I would like to see again for the first time. But, to narrow it down to a few....Grimm, Big Bang, and ST:TNG.
