I don't think you're reading my posts. I'm sure both guys respect the hell out of Carr.
In regards to rebuilding a roster, a quarterback like Derek Carr does not make sense.
Mickey even acknowledged, in his last presser of the season, that our new head coach would make the decision at quarterback. That tells you that at the very least, they're going to consider the options and make a decision. They may stick with Carr, or they might not. But they're going to think about it. I'd guess Mickey might be a paid actor, though.
