Nope. I'm just asking you question to find out if you have analyzed the contracts for yourself or if you're getting your analysis of the contract from someone else on the internet. It's a straightforward question and giving a straightforward answer shouldn't be a big deal.

I'll ask again. Have you read the contracts for yourself? If you haven't, who are you getting your contract information from and what do you know about their background and experience with interpreting contracts and the cap ramifications?

Of course, you don't have to answer. I'm just asking, because I'd like to know.

I'm asking a question. I'm not rebutting anything. Seems like you're avoiding the answering the question. That usually only happens because someone's uncomfortable with answering the question.
