Geno Smith is also playing on a $25 million a year contract. That would be a much more reasonable number than Carr's. I don't think Carr is even a story line at that contract. QB contracts have gotten so ridiculously top heavy and we got caught in a very poor position.

No way do I see Moore tying his coaching career to Carr's final years as a starter in the NFL.

Ok so , the only reason DC's cap # is what it is this yr is because we restructured him last yr AND because his 1st yr's cap hit was small. Had we paid him market value his 1st yr and not restructured him last yr his cap hit this yr would be a lot less.
