Sounds like he knew more different motion calls than Gruden did in this video. I like how he explains the offense as a lot of different ways of doing the same thing. That’s what makes McVay so great. He uses well known concepts but adds small wrinkles to it to throw defenders off.

Yea Gruden seemed impressed. Gruden did nail the fact that KM didn’t have NFL size. But I like the way that KM attempted to emulate Drew Brees preparedness to overcome his height. Im sure he’ll teach that type of hyper-preparedness to his QB. Its just a matter of time that we’ll have a highly productive and efficient offense like we had under Drew and Sean. Yea I’m officially excited about this hire.
