Actually Kafka's 1st coaching job was OQC for 2 yrs with the Chiefs before being QB coach. I'd prefer a 1st time young HC surround himself with proven coaches with at least some coaching experience and that the only qualification being he was career journeyman back up QB and that he played for the Saints
