Not these days they have to interview 2 minority hires outside the team for DC, HC, and 1 for QB coach now. So if his guys are Nuss and Staley he couldn't hire them until all the criteria was meet. Then they have to make everything look legit. You don't want to go directly to hire your guys and make the interview process look like a shame after meeting the standard. Yea, we’ll see. We have a lot of coaches and assistants to hire, prior to the combine, would be nice. OC, Qbc, Passing Game Coordinator, Running game Coord, Rb coach, St coach, TE coach, DC, Pass rush specialist, DLine coach, DB coach and I’m leaving out around 15 more assistants. The fact that we had to wait until the Super Bowl was played, should quicken the pace. I was expecting KM to have his complete staff ready to be hired in a few days. Maybe after the OC and Dc are hired the assistants will be hired quickly.
