Doug Nussmeier is Offensive Coordinator , Saints officially finalized hire per Underhill

With that QB development team on the roster, I'd bring in the guys who have the prototypical size, with arm talent and durability. The guys that have stuff that can't be taught/developed and then develop them.

Daniel Jones
Justin Fields
Joe Milton
Trey Lance

I'd probably start with Jones and Fields. Both of those guys were in bad situations and have quite a few NFL starts under they belt while still being young. They are both over 6'3" 225lbs and durable. Jones has been complimented on how he handled himself in NY as a pro and his leadership wasn't ever questioned. He was an inexperienced over drafted QB out of college who did not get the chance to develop.

I know you have been promoting the idea of Daniel Jones for quite awhile and I'd have no issue taking a shot on him. He has one good year before things fell apart in NY, but that wasn't all his fault. He also brings some mobility along with the arm strength.

I would prefer taking a shot at Field just because his running ability is at such a high level. If he can combine that with being a good pocket passer, he could be really good. And I like the idea of having that running ability to steal some first downs and to turn to if your regular passing game or running game isn't working. I also like Malik Willis for similar reasons, but he would cost draft pick compensation and Green Bay may not be ready to let him go.
