Arch Manning, I’m getting the feeling that he won’t want to come here, and would stay in college if we had the number 1 overall pick. I think Garrett Nussmeier is the most likely scenerio. As I wrote before, I think there’s a plan in place to acquire him if a few things line up.

Wow, that's quite the LSU fan dream scenario you've got lined up there. I think the idea of there being a plan in place to acquire Garrett is pretty far fetched as well.

And yes, fans will be patient because they're tired of what we've seen for the past 3 years. The fans know what they get with Carr. If he was leading us to success and had an off-putting personality, that'd be one thing. But that hasn't been the case. Regardless of what Kellen Moore said in his press conference about wanting to win now, I truly believe he's going to make the best moves for long term success.
