Tom Pelissero:Rams Give Matthew Stafford Permission to Speak with Other Teams

Stafford has had one foot out of the door into retirement for a couple of years now. I don’t question his heart, I question his desire to want to continue playing. It’s not the same. We need a veteran QB that has both going for them.
