Actually my Catholic education (4 years) was non-traumatic. Our school was about 50/50 nuns/lay teachers. I got a couple whuppins but none I didn't deserve. Also, don't laugh at your buddy when he's gettin' a whuppin' lest one be visited upon you for laughing
Yeah, about the same here. I was actually a teacher’s pet for all the lay teachers and some of the nuns, except for two or three who I’m convinced were actually Bond villains dressed as nuns. :hihi:
Some of the funniest memories I have are from after-lunch recess. The Sisters would be out there playing kick-ball with us, running around in their habits and breaking ankles. :hihi:
