He went to Shaw High School on the Westbank along with much of the Joseph family - Mickey Joseph, Terry Joseph, and Vance Joseph. So I think he's from the Westbank. If not, he's certainly from the metro area.

Yes, Terry Joseph is a local native. Cousin to Mickey and Vance. Terry was class of '92 and played baseball at Shaw as well as WR on the football Eagles. Mickey and then Vance (both a smidge older than Terry) were QBs on what was quite the prolific veer-option offense for the Eagles back then.
