Ashton Jeanty or Tyler Warren?

I'm not saying to not take another RB, just not at 9. A guy like Omarian Hampton or Kaleb Johnson would be great in a later round if you had to have another RB. But right now AK is one of our best players at any position and we are super thin at a lot of others. And I'm not out on Kendre yet either. People are going to point to him going on IR later in the season calling him injury prone, but by all accounts I've read he shouldn't have been put there and it was the coaches having him in the doghouse that caused it.

It's not about adding another RB. It's about adding a once in 5 year talent. You're not getting comparable value by passing on generational talent, LOL.

Sometimes in the draft a player is just too good to pass by. In hindsight, nobody blames the Bengals for taking Ja'Marr Chase when they needed OL help. Chase is a generational talent. When that falls in your lap you take them. If the Bengals took some guard then a WR in the next round, it wouldn't be the same as having Ja'Marr freaking Chase. That math doesn't work. Which is why thinking about artificial needs only clouds the picture when drafting. Teams start making decisions that defy logic. "Let me pass on the best looking RB in 6 years falling in my lap because I've been planning to address the line with a high draft pick since February."
