2025 record shouldn't even come into play at all. The entire year's success should be judged by clearing the books of deadweight like Carr, Jordan, Davis, etc. and getting into position to draft a franchise QB.

If you go into 2026 with a QB you feel good about and a clean cap, then 2025 is a total success even if you go 0-17.
