How Much turnover/devolopment Needed for new Coaching Schemes?

I dont think you should get flak, I think we are better then 5-12 only because last year was as bad as I seen the saints in a long time and we still manage to win 5 games through coaching changes, injuries and starting a 5th rookie a handful of games. If anything with Coaching I feel we should see improvement no?

Better coaching probably would've won us an extra game last year. Maybe two. The injuries were the main culprit. Teams don't win often without their QB1. And it's an impossible "ask" to win missing QB1, WR1, WR2, OC1, RB1, and your do it all Joker. Especially when you're also playing without FS1, CB1, and CB2.

Safety, CB, OG, WR and/or TE are "must-adds" this offseason as much as myself and everyone is banging the table for DT and DE. What happens with Chase and Adebo affects this some, but the 4/5 positions listed cannot be special teamers or replacement level players. We weren't just losing last season, we lost ugly as heck in a lot of those games.
