I mean sure. But NFL GM is a PR job even if Mickey really doesn't care what anyone else thinks.

I'm just saying no GM is going to come out and say. Our QB sucks. Our team sucks. And, we can't do much about it because we can't cut the QB to create money and we don't have enough draft picks to fix what is wrong this year. So, we are going to try to be competitive this year knowing that we will likely suck because we want you to buy tickets and concessions.
