If that were true then keeping Carr would be fine. The issue is that Carr is just good enough to get you in the range of 7 to 9 wins which likely doesn't get you in the playoffs but also keeps you picking out of range of the top QBs.

I feel that this is the year the damn breaks. We don’t have very much skill wise and the Oline needs major help.

I feel like this is going to be a huge backwards year with yet another offensive coordinator, but we’ll see.
