Drafting a RB 9th overall and giving him single digit touches is terrible team building. You would have to find ways to get him more involved.

It won't be hard. He's getting the carries and AK will get touches, but not nearly the carries that Jeanty will get. This will extend AK's career and let him be a weapon again.
