Underhill thinks Carr will be Saints starter [mod edit: Moore-Carr meeting went well; Saints plan is to keep Carr in 2025 & figure out contract]

It is... Only three QB has had any success post 35. Brees, Brady, and Rodgers. Everyone else had an immediate decline.
Simply not true. Football was played way before the 2000s. Rich Gannon had a so-so career until his late 30s when he became NFL MVP … Fran Tarkenton led the NFL in completions, yardage and touchdowns at 38 … Farve didn’t start slowing down until he was 39 and was 40 when he took the Vikings to the NFC Championship game won by the Saints … and Roger Staubach had one of his his best years at 36 … Sonny Jerguson did the same at 40 … Warren Moon had a much better season than most others the year when he was 42 … Others who had better than average seasons in their late 30s-40s: Ben Rothlisberger … Doug Flutie … Johnny Unitas … Earl Morrell … Len Dawson … Bart Starr … Roman Gabriel … Sammy Baugh … Y.A Tittle … Lotta Hall of Famers on that list, and only because of their younger playing years. It’s been in no way shape or form only 3. Brady, Brees and Rogers might be the best 3. They’re the most recent 3. But your generalization is way off.
