I get that you don't see the Saints as a good team, but Carr has a better and more fully informed perspective than any of us here. He had a meeting with Moore to discuss the plan. None of us were in that meeting, so Carr objectively has more insight and information than any of us do.
Carr has been been open and sincere that his top goal as a player is to win a championship and the meeting with Moore apparently went well which would indicate that Carr, more likely than not, has confidence that Moore's plans will give the Saints a chance at getting the team to the playoffs.
