Underhill thinks Carr will be Saints starter [mod edit: Moore-Carr meeting went well; Saints plan is to keep Carr in 2025 & figure out contract]

With Pete you are right . But with Kubiak we say glimpses of what DC and the O could be. Then all hell broke loose with injuries
The effects of coaching/scheme, my good man. That's why I don't mind Carr with Kellen. So many peop...well, just one person :cautious:, always misses the point when this is discussed. Coaching and scheme fit matters way more to QB success than perceived skill. I was never down on Carr from a skill perspective; I saw what he was good and and some things he could be better in, but seeing the transition from 2021 to Week 1 2022, I knew coaching was the issue. I felt really good about Klint of the nepo circle..lol. But when the injuries started to happen, things went south fast, specifically Taysom's injuries. Kellen Moore has always been adaptable and I think that is what has always intrigued me about him. He is closer to Sean Payton in how he builds an offense.

Meh…

Want to win in this league, need a mobile QB.
Don't know about this..lol. Tom Brady was like we have all the QBs scrambling because they aren't able to see or make the correct checks at the line and run a play that won't work or just missing reads and I somewhat agree. I don't think that there is anything wrong with a mobile QB but I don't believe that it is a requirement neither. Rams were 1 drive away from the NFCCG. They were hot and probably would have beaten the Commanders but I think the Chiefs win against the Rams because the Eagles didn't beat the Chiefs with the front 4, per se. The back 7 nullified the pass game and you actually saw a lot of "coverage" sacks but I digress....lol.

Just need a QB that you believe in and build around him.
