The Commanders won 4 games that season, 1 more than us last year. And we didn't do it on purpose either. We just had bad enough luck that more teams were even worse and ended up with the 9th pick. So it's not a matter of forcing it to happen, it's just letting it happen while making other sounds decisions. That is what they did, they let Howell sink after treading water for a few years with Heinicke. And we could do that with Rattler, or be surprised that he develops. Instead we're going to ride with our Heinicke another year.
