I'm pulling for Nuss to blow up next season, but does he have the supporting cast to make it happen? He's losing 4 of 5 offensive lineman to the draft as well as Lacy and Taylor. I used to have a better handle on who the up-and-comers are or could be from year to year, but the transfer portal messed that up for me. I don't even look at high school recruiting much anymore tbh. (by the time those kids develop they'll be at Oklahoma or TCU or somewhere.
Like I said, I'm pulling for Nuss and I hope I'm wrong, but even if he had the weapons Burrow had, I have a hard time believing he'd be a top 5 pick.
