Not so sure about first statement if Loomis told him it was just not financially feasible. That would be Loomis' call. As far as clearing that much to make all of those signings would likely require restructuring Carr completely which could be a disaster next year. Also, I think you are highly optimistic on some of those contracts, but hope you are right.
Moving Carr absolutely would be financially feasible if that’s what Moore wanted. There’s multiple articles out about how it can be achieved. You wouldn’t be much of a player in FA though.
Restructuring all 30 million of Carr’s money wouldn’t be an issue next season, he could still be cut and save money from his 61 million cap hit. You could probably save up to 30-40 million in 2026 also depending on how you restructure the money into void years etc.
All those values were taken from Spotrac’s fair market value, they could ultimately end up higher which would mean you would have to not sign one of those guys (likely Baun/LB)
