I went back and watched some of Fannin's highlights through the 4.7 lens. That's probably fairly accurate, but he can do a lot of things which makes him intriguing.
He reminds me a lot of Jordan Reed (really good Commanders TE from about 10 years ago). They are almost identical from a size and testing perspective. They both have no issue “getting open” and make things happen once the ball is in their hands.
