We’ll see. I think that Loomis was comfortable saying what he did either because he knows the general parameters on a new deal are already set and/or he knows he always has the traditional restructure option to fall back on should things suddenly fall through.
ML just isn’t the type to say what he did the other day without some degree of certainty involved, especially if Kellen Moore is saying the same things.
A conclusion has been reached, and it’s more of a matter of how than if, but we’ll see.
