There is quite literally no such thing as "unbiased" to anything relating to human decisions. It's scientifically and psychologically impossible. We may appear to get an unbiased look at the roster talent, but its only an appearance. The longer Moore is here, the more (no pun intended) his bias views will become apparent.

There’s been far too much ‘logically if we do the opposite of the bad thing, we’ll be doing the good thing’ on this board during the DA reign

We will have a new approach
We probably won’t know if this approach works until a few years from now
If it does work , it will be the same mix of plan + luck as any other successful plan in team sports
