If the plan is to rebuild through free agency, the biggest issue is QB. There’s many philosophies but how do you get a good one if you’re never at the top of the draft? This is the closest we’ve been to the #1 pick since 2008, and that was still only pick #7.

Hurts, Love, Jackson, Purdy, Mahomes, Watson, Dak, Garapollo, Wilson, Cousins , Dalton. These are all good QBs that were drafted 10th or later in the draft. Even if we have a pick in the mid to late teens that's easily sticking distance to trade up to get a franchise QB
