How are you feeling about the Carr Restructure

Without a “meh” (or even “tacoes”) option I have to abstain from voting in this poll.

I’m am expecting a 5 win season, so how we get there is of no consequence to me.

My goal is to be competitive the year after this one. If we aren’t competitive by then, then I’m out until changes up top are made.
