Anyhow, if so, what if a team chose to always roll the dice and go with recently drafted QB’s only to trade or cut them when the bill came due? As it allows so much all over the roster by having a rookie qb on a rookie deal?
Think they got Purdy as the last pick in the draft too…..nothing special but a smart guy who can run the offense the way the coach wants.
I know it would be very very tricky but a fun thought for me.
