Pat Kirwan said he heard Carr didn’t want to do Saints contract restructure

I recognize a kindred spirit. My great grandmother would always ask me...."baby what do you do for work"? And I'd always respond, I'm in computers grandma. She'd follow that up w/ "when are you going to be a lawyer like you're people". She asked me that up until she passed at 103. About 3 years later I was talking Football w/ a guy studying for the Bar and he randomly said "you'd be a good lawyer".

I've contemplated it...but think I'm too old for law school at this point.

It's a good living, but at least what I do is not at all reward and has little job satisfaction. I always tell people that if you can do something else or enjoy something else, don't go to law school even if you would be a good lawyer. And I'm sure you would be, but do something else if possible.

I made sure that my daughter learned math and was good at it so she could be an engineer instead of a lawyer. It's just not a life that I would recommend to anyone. Still, I recognize that these are first world problems and it could be a whole lot worse.
