Yeah I'm not including signings, but that's plenty enough to get it done. Like I said, it's probably around 40mil before you start restructuring. Around a mil per open roster spot. Just say 30 mil to fill the roster spots. You then have all that restructure potential to upgrade. They'll have a ton of options to do what they want. They won't be forced into anything like the Carr contract this year.
It will definitely be negative before any restructurings. There will not be enough roll over to cover the deficit. Unless Carr has a great year, he will likely provide pretty significant cap space once released but that will likely be after June 1. Plenty of restructure potential, but will need some to get compliant again next year.
