If you watch this snap shot of Kellen Moore’s offense, he seems to lean on the run a lot, and have two TEs in the game a lot as well.

And if you look at Moore's offense in Dallas you'll see a lot more 11 personnel (1 TE 1 HB) and he throws the ball all over the yard. He's dynamic... his "offense" adapts to his personnel.
