Free Agency for big signings over?

I think we will see quite a few underwhelming signings to feel out the depth of the roster. They don't want a repeat of last year where injuries derail the entire season because of lack of depth.

Maybe they target a few more mid-tier players, but if there is a bidding war the Saints will likely lose. They just can't afford to overpay.
