Do you think [46 y/o] Drew Brees can still be a starting QB?

Last week, Chuck Norris made 85 years old. While it seems unrelated to this thread, I'm thinking of all the funny memes/phrases and applying them to Brees........like, Brees doesn't read books. He just looks off the first choice of book like it's not even there and delivers the perfect read to the intended book without even actually reading the book :LOL:
