I like Tetairoa, but I don't consider him a "blue chip" talent. He's a very good prospect, but I'd imagine he'd be viewed as the 4th/5th best WR last year. Jeanty, Carter, and Hunter are likely the top prospect at their positions in most drafts or 2nd best at worst. Hunter is a bit harder to compare given his pretty much unheard of versatility to play 2 positions at such a high level.
