Anyone on here with Sleep Apnea get the Inspire implant?

I have a cousin that got one. From what I know it's worked fine for her, but she hasn't gone into extreme detail about it.

I have a CPAP machine I don't use because I can't sleep with it on. Tried for 6 months. Horrible.
