And let's be clear, this IS the list. There's maybe a dozen to 16 players with a 1st round grade, but there's only THREE that grade as blue chippers. This is the definitive list. No, the TE doesn't make it. He's good compared to the rest of this year's class. NO, the top WR doesn't make it. Just because a player is at the top of his position ranking doesn't qualify them as a blue chip player. In most year's that's just the first qualifier to even be considered. In some years, it's possible to have multiple blue chip players at the same position. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is not one of those years. This draft is almost void of top talent. This is the Peter Werner of NFL drafts. Lots of players who will be good starters, but not a lot of anything special.
