You must try and fail with CPAP before Inspire becomes a viable option. FWIW I move from CPAP to BiPAP about 12 years ago. As my pressures went up the bloating and mask leaks got worse. For those that don’t know, BiPAP differs from CPAP in that there is pressure when breathe in and when you exhale. I started out in 2007 with OSA and a CPAP set at 6 in/Hg. Several years later I graduated to OSA with CSA and went to BiPAP with pressures at 19/15 in/Hg. It really suck.s Or blows, depending on how you look at it.
