So the Chiefs moved to the 10th pick which was owned by the Bills, who passed on Mahomes as they went with Tyrod Taylor that year before drafting Josh Allen a year later. I think it's safe to say that the Chiefs are quite content with their end of the trade.
For Buffalo, in exchange for passing on Mahomes (and ultimately cursing their franchise to lose to him in the playoffs year after year), they got picks that were used (or traded for other picks that were eventually used) to draft the following players:
CB Tredavious White - 1st team All Pro 2019, Pro Bowler 2019 & 2020, seven seasons in Buffalo, now with Baltimore
WR Zay Jones - 3 seasons with Buffalo, now with Jacksonville
G Dion Dawkins - still with Buffalo (8 seasons), voted to the last 4 Pro Bowls
LB Tremaine Edmunds - 5 seasons in Buffalo, Pro Bowler 2019 & 2020, now with Chicago
So that's one 1st team All Pro and eight Pro Bowls amongst the four players, vs. Mahomes alone with two league MVP's, two 1st team All Pro and six Pro Bowl selections, and five Super Bowl appearances with three Super Bowl wins and three Super Bowl MVP's.
