I just crudely estimated that the odds would have been 0.000030:
1/32 chance of being in GB x 1/32 chance of being in NY = 0.00098
x 1/32 chance of going to NY = 0.000030

That doesn't even take order into account.

Still those odds are about 100 times greater than the odds of being killed or injured by a toilet, so there's that.
